MONTH OF COORDINATING

INVESTMENT : $1400

Our job starts with in the 3-4 month mark before the wedding . Services be finding last minute vendors that may canceled . We have full communication with all vendors from the time of booking to the day of the wedding. Help create timeline for the bride and send timeline to the vendors. Makes sure the wedding starts on time and guests are seated on time. Makes sure everyone is out of the venue at the time needed. Venue tour with bride to finalize floorpan and any other events that will take place the day of. Rehearsal can be held the day of the wedding or the day before.

DAY OF COORDINATING

INVESTMENT : $800

Services start the week of the wedding. Bride can come with itinerary created or we can create one for them. Communication with venue and vendors starts the week of the wedding. We offer rehearsal THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. Service includes of 7 hours for the day of the wedding. We follow the timeline approved by the bride and groom.

DECORATING

DECORATING PRICING IS BASED UPON THE BRIDES BUDGET, INSPIRATIONAL PICTURE, VENUE, GUEST COUNT AND COLORS. PLEASE FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM AND SOMEONE WILL REACH BACK OUT TO YOU WTH A QUOTE. QUOTES ONLY LAST FOR THREE DAYS IF BRIDE DOES NOT LOCK IN PRICE IN THREE DAYS PRICE CAN SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
